o Preparation and implementation of HR strategic planning;

o Talent recruiting, selection, identification and succession plan, 9 box;
o Individual and team development.;
o Learning & Development needs analysis, plan and program design;
o Performance management, 360º assessment, coaching, mentoring;
o Engagement surveys analysis with improvement plan preparation;
o Transfers, dismissals, merit, promotions and retentions;
o Compensation and benefits, variable earnings implementation and profit sharing plan negotiation with trade unions and employees, labor risk assessment.
Experience in organizational and cultural change, restructuring areas by processes, post-merger and acquisition integration and harmonization, preparation of HR carve-out and carve-in processes.
Team setup, development, coaching, and management.
Skill in understanding and focusing on the solution for the business needs using good relationship with internal and external areas.
International exposure in alignment meetings in the US and benchmark in Germany.
Trainer certified by DDI.
Advanced English and good knowledge of Spanish.
